Westerville North Band Invitational, Saturday, 12:30pm until 10:00pm, Jim McCann Stadium, 950 County Line Road. Tickets sold at the gate. Full day admission costs $12. Afternoon admission (12:30-5:00 p.m.) costs $7, (6:30-10:00 p.m.)costs $7.More than a dozen high school marching bands are expected to compete. Proceeds will support music programs at Westerville North High School.

The Otterbein University Department of Music and Friends of Music at Otterbein will present a Fall Collage Concert at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21, in the Fritsche Theatre at Cowan Hall, 30 S. Grove St. Tickets are $15 for general admission or free for college and high school students with valid ID. The Collage Concert will showcase all of the major ensembles of the department, including Concert Choir, String Orchestra and Wind Ensemble, along with smaller and specialized ensembles and soloists presenting jazz, opera and popular styles in one exhilarating concert. Tickets will be sold at the door prior to the concert or may be purchased in advance by calling 614-823-1508. Donations will be accepted at the concert to benefit the Craig Johnson Fund for the Future of Music at Otterbein. For more information, call 614-823-1508.
